Compare two or more named alternatives with shared assumptions and a deterministic cash forecast. Use the case to challenge the plan. Decised does not approve it.
Templates are editable placeholders, not official statistics. Confirm every figure before you rely on a forecast.
What a case contains
- Decision question and named alternatives
- Assumptions (revenue, costs, staffing, and related inputs)
- Attached evidence and “what to learn” notes
- Forecast / simulation outputs from versioned domain code
How to use it
Create a case from Home (“compare two alternatives”) or from a report. Replace illustrative defaults with quotes. Leave unknowns blank. Missing stays missing. Alternatives currently share case-level location fields; a dedicated compare-locations journey is not in this release.
What you will not see
- An approval or proceed stamp
- A shared success probability with place reports or register-survival research
- LLM-calculated financial rankings
