Decised is a UK pre-commitment decision workspace for founders and their advisers or accountants. It helps you read local and UK evidence before committing capital.
Evidence before you invest. Start with a city snapshot or a custom search, then use a decision case when you need a cash forecast. One limitations notice: Decised does not approve a plan or invent a success probability.
What you can do
- Open a city report without an account.
- Create a free account to search a place, idea, or company and save the report.
- Use a decision case for a 12–36 month cash forecast across named alternatives.
- Invite an adviser in Workspaces (Beta), which is free while collaboration behaviour is being validated.
Limitations
- Decised does not tell you to proceed, and it does not show a personal success probability.
- Register-survival model outputs stay research-only until a release gate passes. They are withheld from the product.
- Crime counts, news headlines, and map venues never enter a decision score.
- Missing figures stay missing. Decised will not invent a midpoint, zero, or average.
