Accessibility statement
Last updated 1 September 2026.
Decised is committed to making decised.com and the Decised application usable by as many people as possible. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and relevant UK accessibility expectations for digital services.
This statement applies to the Decised web application and legal/docs pages.
Status
The Service is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We continue to improve keyboard access, focus management, labelling and responsive layouts. Automated coverage of every journey is incomplete.
What we aim to support
- Keyboard use for primary navigation, forms and dialogs
- Visible labels on authentication and Workspace creation fields
- Textual save status and form errors (not colour alone)
- Touch-friendly controls where practical
- Screen-reader-friendly structure on core pages
Known limitations
Dense data views
Some report tables, grids and charts are harder to use on small screens or at high zoom and may require horizontal scrolling.
Maps
Interactive maps rely on pointer or keyboard map controls; full parity with every assistive technology is not guaranteed. Key figures are also available in text panels where provided.
Dynamic components
Dialogs (for example feedback) and expandable sections are being improved for focus trapping and Escape handling; residual gaps may remain on older journeys.
Third-party content
Embedded map tiles and external news links are outside full Decised control.
How we test
We combine manual keyboard checks, browser zoom, and lint/type tooling during development. We have not yet published a full third-party WCAG audit. This statement will be updated when formal testing dates and results are available.
Feedback and contact
If you find a barrier or need an alternative format, email [email protected] with “Accessibility” in the subject, the page URL, and the assistive technology you use. We will log the report, assess impact, and aim to provide a fix or workable alternative.

Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant UK equality or regulatory body for your situation. For data-protection concerns, see the ICO route in our Privacy Policy.
