Data retention notice

This notice summarises retention for Decised account and service data. Read it with the Privacy Policy.
- Saved reports, decision cases and uploads stay until you delete them or delete your account, subject to any stated upload expiry date and scheduled retention jobs.
- Deleting your account removes personal reports and stored upload files associated with your user record where technically feasible. Content in a Workspace (Beta) may remain with that workspace if other members still need it. If you are the last owner of a workspace that still has members, transfer ownership before deletion where the product requires it.
- Security and audit records (for example account deletion, invitation events, exports) may be retained for a configured period (default up to 730 days) or in anonymised form so we can investigate abuse. They are not used as a live marketing profile after deletion.
- Sessions expire and expired session rows are purged by retention jobs. Essential cookies are described in the Cookie policy.
- Public city snapshots are generated from official datasets and are not personal data.
